A few things about me: My name is Đỗ Trọng Thức, I was born in 1999, and I'm from Vietnam. I graduated with a degree in Hotel Management, but have transitioned into Data Science where I combine analytical thinking, programming, and data-driven insights to solve real-world problems. I’m known for being hardworking, highly adaptable to different working environments, and able to work effectively under pressure. I also thrive in teamwork settings and am always eager to learn new skills and embrace challenges. I’m especially interested in practical applications of data in fields like retail, supply chain, and e-commerce. I believe every day is an opportunity to learn something new, and that perseverance, critical thinking, and adaptability are the keys to building a sustainable and meaningful career in this field.

Customer Segmentation

Applied RFM analysis and K-Means clustering to segment customers into distinct groups based on purchase behavior. Identified key segments and provided marketing recommendations to improve customer retention and engagement.
